Our product is specifically designed for land that is completely vacant, not leased to others and with no development or construction activities occurring during our policy term.

Ineligible Vacant Land
Please note we cannot offer coverage to the following:

• No landfills, quarries, underground mines, strip mines, caves, wells, dams or bridges
• Land leased to others
• Used for farming operations
• Structures on the premises (except for a shed or garage which is 500 square feet or less used for maintenance of the land and is locked and secured from unauthorized entry)
• More than 250 acres per location
• Land that has more structures than a 500 square foot shed or garage used for maintanence of the land that is locked and secured from unauthorized personnel
• Commercially used land
• Plans for development or construction during policy period

Available Coverage for Vacant Land

• Up to $1,000,000 occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate
• Additional excess liability limits can be provided (up to $5,000,000)
• Coastal areas up to $500,000 in property coverage excluding wind and hail
