Roadside Assistance not only provides fast and reliable service for you, but 24-hour peace of mind as well! If you’re stranded on the road and need some help, that’s where Roadside comes into play. Roadside Assistance is a service provided by towing companies. Most roadside towing companies are small mom and pop owned shops that cater to their local area.

​By bringing together these individually owned towing companies, we have provided a nationwide network for safe, fast and reliable service, while hand picking each and every tow and lock-out application sent.  After careful research and scrutiny, these companies who carry both a reliable and professional reputation, have become members of our nationwide towing and emergency service network to help you when you’re in need.

How do I use Roadside Assistance?

If you ever become stranded or are in need of service, simply call the toll free number on your contract or log in with your account information and the roadside assistance phone number will appear on the top of the Roadside website in large red text.

There is a 3 business day waiting period before you can call for our services.  This means if you buy a plan on Monday you will not be able to use it until Thursday.  If you buy a service plan on Friday you will not be able to use it until Wednesday of the following week.
What is covered under Roadside Assistance?

  • 24/7 Emergency Towing Service - Towing to the destination of your choice, up to 25 miles per tow, up to 5 tows per year
  • Mechanical First Aid - Minor adjustments (exclusive of parts) to enable a disabled vehicle
  • Trip Route Mapping Service - Customized trip routing with a specially prepared map outlining your travel route
  • Emergency Battery Service - Roadside assistance will attempt to start vehicle with a booster battery
  • Lost Key or Lockout Service - If you are accidentally locked out of your vehicle, you will be covered
  • Mobile App - Provides quick and easy access to your roadside assistance benefits
  • Flat Tire Service - You are covered for emergency service throughout the U.S. and Canada
  • 24 Hour Fuel Delivery - A service truck will deliver emergency fuel. You only pay for the cost of the gas
  • Theft Reward - $500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction for the theft of a member’s vehicle
