Targeted for 1 to 4 family dwellings owned by individual or corporate investors for rental purposes and leased on an annual or seasonal basis, our Dwelling Fire and Specialty Homeowners programs are a solution for landlord, vacant, vacation rental, seasonal and primary homes. Broad eligibility includes new purchases, vacant properties, vacation & short term rentals, risks with no prior insurance, as well as investors with larger schedules of properties, and broad underwriting accepts a wide range of customers, from customers or homes that may not qualify with other carriers all the way up to standard and preferred. We offer Renters insurance for tenants of site-built homes, condominiums or apartments, and Condominium insurance for owner-occupied, landlord and vacant condos.

  • Property coverage is available up to $1,000,000 total insured value and up to $500,000 excluding wind and hail
  • Commercial umbrella is available up to $5,000,000
